Do you want to change the world? This group is for you. One World is an educational foundation that fosters a sense of our common humanity and the need for improved forms of global cooperation. We sponsor discussion groups (study circles), book club, movie nights and a speaker series for adults. For our youth we sponsor One World Club which teaches character education with a global focus.

Do global issues require global politics? What does democracy mean in a global era? What would the democratization of global governance look like? Is this feasible? Desirable? What can be done to advance it? Who else is working on this? This is a group for New Yorkers interested in Global Democracy. Join us to discuss the theories and praxes of Global Democracy; connect with a diverse global network of those mobilizing under its banner; and maybe even do some organizing of our own.
